The UX was carried out in conjunction with stakeholders which included the owner, the CEO, the global marketing director, product managers and consumers. User personas were generated after rounds of questionnaires and interviews and this information was used to form the IA and site map. User journeys were explored using low fidelity and high fidelity mockups generated in Figma. High on the priority list was to allow the user to navigate to their desired location with as few clicks as possible which was challenging given the extent of the RØDE product range. The site was also built on a modular system which allowed RØDE product managers easily upload their category product pages with ease.
